The wallboard shows the live Teams presence of the people you put in a group. The free version allows one group of up to five people. A subscription removes the limits, adds more groups and unlocks call queue visibility.
Everything you set up (groups, queues, alerts, view) is saved to the cloud, so the same wallboard appears on every screen you sign in on.

The wallboard never scrolls. The user list and the side panels shrink to fit the window, and a group that would not be readable even at half size is split into pages that advance automatically. Click the page chip in the status strip to move on early.
Groups and users
A group is a list of people you want to watch together, for example a sales team or a help desk. Pick the group in the toolbar. Create another group with the new-group button and remove the selected one with the delete-group button (the Default group cannot be deleted).
Use the add-users button to open Find and Add Users. Search by the start of a name or email address, or use the quick lists: relevant people, your contacts, your direct reports and recent email senders. People already in the group are marked, and each row has an Add button.
To remove someone from a group, use the delete icon on their row in the grid.
Grid, tiles and TV
Grid lists each person with their presence, activity, how long they have been in that state, today's calls, department and title. Columns can be sorted.
Tiles show large cards with a coloured bar for the state (green available, red on a call, amber away or busy, grey offline), the time in that state, the next calendar change and today's calls. Hover a tile for chat and call shortcuts.
TV mode fills the screen with tiles and hides everything else. With rotation on, it cycles through all your groups at the interval set in Alerts and TV settings. Press Esc to leave.
User panel
Click a row in the grid, a tile, or a name in User Status to open the side panel for that person. It offers Chat, Call and Video buttons that open Teams, the current state and how long it has lasted, out-of-office text, the next free time from their calendar, today's calls, a heatmap of their presence over the last seven days, and their agenda for the next seven days.
The agenda shows a colleague's calendar only when it is shared with you; otherwise the panel says so.
User and group status
The User Status card on the left splits the group into people on a call, available, and away, busy, do-not-disturb or offline, with a count for each. Click a name to open their panel.
Group Status shows the same split as a donut chart, and the strip above the user list shows the counts, today's calls for the group and the alert state.
Call queues
Pick the Teams call queues or auto attendants to show and the wallboard group that holds each queue's agents. Each queue card shows live agent availability and turns amber when only one agent is available and red when none is.
Today's offered, answered and missed counts come from the Teams PSTN usage log and need the Bridge call-log consent from a Teams administrator, the same consent the Bridge Operator Console uses. The card links to the consent page until it is granted. Call queues are part of the subscription.
Reports
Reports cover the members of the selected group over today, the last 7 days or the last 30 days: who is online the most, who is on calls the most, when the team is available during the day, away and offline time, calls and talk time from the Teams usage log, and time in the current state.
Presence reports are built from samples taken once a minute while this browser has the wallboard open, so they fill in over time. Every report can be downloaded as CSV or saved as an image.
Alerts and TV settings
Set a minimum number of available agents, a maximum share of agents on a call, how long someone may stay away or offline, and a missed-call limit. Breaches show a red banner at the top of the wallboard, play a sound once per new breach and can be sent as a Teams chat to a supervisor.
The same window sets TV mode rotation, the seconds per group, and the seconds per page for groups that do not fit on one screen.
Subscription
The free version is limited to one group of up to five people. A subscription ($29 a month or $199 a year) removes the limits, adds unlimited groups and unlocks call queue visibility.
Open the subscription window from the toolbar to buy, or to manage billing and invoices through the billing portal once subscribed.
